Welcome to Arescapes, we specialise in residential and commercial property fire mitigation.
Firebreak notices or fire mitigation notices are issued every year by your local council in order to minimise the risk of bushfires during the hot and dry summer months in Western Australia. In order to minimise the risk of wildfires, the Bush Fires Act of 1954 requires certain properties to comply with requirements set by your council according to the Bush Fires Act 1954 section 33.
Acrescapes have been a trusted name in Perth since 2017 and we have assisted countless property owners to ensure their properties comply with, and pass firebreak notice inspections each year.
Our main business is assisting our clients with firebreak notice compliance of residential, commercial and other vacant properties including some lightly vegetated hobby farms around Perth that requires compliance with issued firebreak notices.
